Layla: Hi Nadine, here I am! I'm back! Thank you for staying in the store and waiting for my deliveries... I went to the graphic design studio!

Nadine: How did it go?

Layla: Fine! They showed me all their services: the branding, like the logo and fliers and their online products like a website or online shop. They also showed me some samples of their posters and video adverts.

Nadine: Well, maybe a website is important but I do not understand why you would need any video adverts?

Layla: Yes, and I must think of the price too! I think the basic package, which includes the website and a shop sign, is all I need at the moment.

Nadine: That seems to me the best choice, anyway the sign and design is very important! You should choose an image that reflects the different cultures of the products you sell.

Layla: True! Will you help me? Because I have to choose some images for the website too. I decided to do it myself in the end as I found a free online programme.

Nadine: Really? Isn't it too difficult? And then do you need the website at all? I mean, it's a small shop and your customers are the people who live nearby.

Layla: Yeah, it's true… I thought about it too. But you know now many people use Google Maps also for things close to where they are... So, you absolutely have to put the store marker on Google Maps, otherwise you have no visibility! Then, when I put up the shop sign, I want to run a Facebook live stream, but without showing the sign! Everyone will know that I'm about to open and they'll get very curious about it!

Nadine: Great idea, really!

Layla: Yes, live streaming is now the most effective communication tool on social media. I am sure I'll use it a lot, even during the opening, because it's free and engaging! I've already created the Facebook event.
