The Guide consists of several components that support educators in their trainings for migrants who are willing to increase their language and entrepreneurial competences and guides them how to use ALMA materials. The Guide offers:

Intercultural and Linguistic Methodology

The methodology is based on desk top research on European intercultural entrepreneurship, foreign language learning for business in Europe and academic research on setting up a business in another country and on specific research on the business cultures of the six partner countries. It provides the principles for development of the ALMA digital learning kit and the ALMA pocket guide.

Pre-assessment and post-assessment tool

This tool aims at gathering some information prior to and after participating in ALMA Training Program. It also supports migrants to become aware of their own skills and abilities and become more confident when starting their own business.
